**Reiki is a beautiful form of energy healing that fully supports you in creating the desired changes you have been awakened to create. Reiki is a non-invasive healing technique that can be delivered in person or at a distance (like this video!)
While reiki does promote feelings of calm, relaxation, coming back to a state of peace, the more you use reiki, it will bring to the surface all that needs healing. This can be an “unpleasant” experience only because you are changing your life to match what you truly desire and changing decades of old programming…Any form of self-help work will cause discomfort before peace. There is nothing to fear; however, make sure you have a healthy support system around you and access to any licensed professional or spiritual healer (if you so choose) to help you navigate and overcome what no longer serves you.
